At nuVibrations LLC, we strive to deliver the best experience for musicians, and that includes ensuring our customers understand and feel comfortable with information we use as part of our operations.
Logs
Log data is maintained to ensure smooth website operation. Data logged may include IP address, time of day, and file download progress. If you are logged into our website, the logs will include your user ID. Our policy is to purge log data that is older than 6 months.
Information Required for Business Operation
We capture an e-mail address, a one-way-encrypted password, and a one-way encrypted computer fingerprint as part of our software installation process. We also collect information about when that installation and the IP address used to monitor our quality of service.
During a payment transaction, we capture physical and e-mail address, products purchased, and price paid. We also save a copy of any generated product activation codes in order to provide a fallback if e-mail confirmation fails.
During the use of our products, we capture login frequency and IP address of logins in order to understand how our customers are using our products.
